They’ve always done a decent job on whatever my Chevrolet has needed. I would hesitate, however, to make an appointment online. I did that and even got an email confirming the date and time, but when I got to the service department they had no record of my appointment. It was just for a basic 15,000 mile service. I had decided to wait because I didn’t think it would take so long, but I was there nearly six hours. Had I known that I would’ve had them take me home and come back to get me.
I was surprised that Hyundai didn't have credit plan. Thought my % interest should have been better. Went to my bank and refinanced for less payment.

Cookie cutter lot, over priced but willing to deal. Dave Parsons , was great and finance girl was great got a great car at a fair price and they did it all on my lunch break!!!! I found comparable cars 1500-2000 cheaper looking at other dealers just don’t have much time to spend haggling and driving all over. I bought a 2015 Honda Civic with 24,000 miles.
Doug was absolutely awesome. He got the best deal possible for me. I love this car. Great service! I have left for vacation the next day. It drives like a dream. This is my 3rd car for Joe Holland.

From the time I first called the body shop at Joe Holland to make an appointment for an estimate on my car to the day I picked up my car after the repairs, I was treated with respect. I was handed an estimate and everything was explained to me. I had to drive a longer distance for their service but it was worth it!! The service at Joe Holland is always exceptional, however the wait time is horrid. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation they told me it would be 45 minutes - 1 hour. I was there for over 3 hours. There was nothing additional done and no explanation of why it took so long. There were 3 other customers waiting in the same area as me and they all had the same experience as I did. No one came out to update us on why it was taking so king. Each visit we are treated friendly and courteous. The staff makes sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. Only thing that would have topped of the service visit would have been the free car wash I got with my Nissan at Moses a couple of weeks ago.
Very courteous even though I was a walk in without an appointment I first spoke with Shirley and was then sent to Josh to get my inspection sticker and it got done in about an hour very nice people and really accommodating thanks a bunch!
Our car experienced a flat on the highway when traveling to Virginia & had to be towed to the dealership. Service did a thorough check & identified a front brake repair. We were able to leave the car, we elected to replace all 4 tires in addition to the brake repair. Service did an excellent job in keeping us updated on all work & it was completed in a reasonable time. Charges were also very reasonable.
Rashad provided us with a no hassle, straight to the deal, experience. We knew what we wanted and he helped make it happen. He was friendly, courteous, and accomodating.

My initial visit for my recall was a mess. The car was not worked on as scheduled and when it was worked on they discovered the needed parts were not available. But it was ordered by overnight delivery to be delivered the next morning.. Then it was discovered that Hyundai did not have any and it was on back order to arrive in about 10 days or so. Hated to see my little Jeep go but I believe I was given a fare price and we only had to go back and forth with Sales manager a couple times (not 7 or 8 like some deals.)
Ken worked hard to find the truck I wanted[where other dealerships tried to sell me just what was on their lot], yes it took awhile but I told Ken I was in no hurry. He found what I wanted and made the deal happen.
The staff is friendly and always happy. And they always would on a timely manner and the staff works as a team. And the waiting area is always clean.
Had just stopped in to sit in a Traverse. Found one that we liked the color of. Rich was our salesmen and we took it for a test drive. This was on a Saturday evening close to closing time and he told us to take it home for the weekend and drive it and make sure we liked it. Took it back Monday and made the purchase.
