This business really stood out to me, they were exceptionally upfront about what was recommended (cost and why it should be done). While working on the vehicle additional issues were identified, I got a video showing me that it was my vehicle and the issue at hand. I was then contacted, asked if I saw the video, and then asked which issues I wanted addressed. Best in class, other service departments I've used didn't go above and beyond like this.
